Dear community
We are a small TV station from Switzerland and have been using Redcast / Plycast successfully for years. We don't want to change that, we don't want to replace such a well working system with another one.
However, our new provider, with whom we can grow, has the requirement for us to support SCTE-35, so that they can place advertisements. So we are currently struggling with the "SCTE-35 ad-insertion".
For this reason we would like to pay a programmer to create a Python plugin for SCTE-35 that works with Plycast. Once this is up and running, it can be made freely available to the rest of the community, we are not interested in licensing it afterwards or anything like that.
So if there is someone here in the forum or the developers want to pay for it, I would be happy about an offer.
