It seems you have some problem with the caspar video server. The caspar video server is the manager for the blackmagic video card. You have to check if the card is configurated ok in the casparcg.config file.
This is a xml file with all the parameters that the caspacg server needs to run, including hardware like blackmagic boards. I have five plycast running in this way.
Search for a pair of tags like <decklink> (this is the open tag) and </decklink> (this is the close tag).
A typical blackmagic card has at least 3 to 6 lines of configuration between this tags. Also you have some examples lines in the same file.
One important point is: YOU CAN CONTROL THE BLACKMAGIC CARD ONLY FROM ONE SOFTWARE.
So, if you have running the blackmagic video player, the casparcg server can't see the board and fails.
