I want to make my own tv channel in the future, I want to have 2 feeds of my channel, one that has scheduled programs at Eastern time, and the other which is the same schedule, but 3 hours later for Pacific Time, is there an option to delay a feed of your channel to 3 hours to make a feed specifically for the west coast of the US
